You book a 15-minute verification call at a link we provide at the end of the form. Before the call, we read your submission and draft a preliminary score. On the call, we clarify a few answers and share your final score plus the single matched recommendation.

What if the recommendation is expensive?

The recommendation is always one specific service from our ladder, priced from $497 to a scoped $15K–$50K for full builds. The matrix picks the right rung based on your gap — not the most expensive option. Many prospects get routed to the $497 Portfolio Audit. How accurate is the score?

The five dimensions are drawn from PwC's 2026 AI Performance Study and IBM's Transformation Edge framework. The scoring rubric is strict and applies the same rules to every submission — your score is directly comparable to any other company's. The 15-minute call catches ambiguities in the form answers before the final score is calculated.
